Ripple (XRP) is facing yet another class action lawsuit. The action brought in California concerns alleged actions after Ripple placed 55 billion XRP in escrow in order to alleviate fears of any kind of sell off thus affecting the consumer future price of XRP on the market. Bitcoin and Ethereum are also up by just over 2% too with both at $6709.16  and $479.63 at my last peek. Bitcoin Cash is down by 0.42% to $759.71 and EOS is up 1.7% to $9.30
